Our Reflections: Yeongyu Chang

Since joining this club last year, I've dipped my toes into volunteering for the first time in my life. Our primary activities involved making donations for children living in orphanages and taking them out to amusement parks for fun.

Honestly, at first, my involvement was more about fulfilling a requirement for college than a true spirit of volunteerism. However, as I volunteered, I genuinely began to appreciate my circumstances and feel grateful for what I have. The sense of fulfillment gained from volunteering has inspired me to continue this path in the future. I believe even my small, seemingly insignificant efforts can make a big difference in the lives of children in need.
